• Please allow 1-3 weeks for production, processing, and delivery.

• Your tracking confirmation might show USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or even Amazon Logistics (yep, they're a shipping carrier now too).
• Rest assured, your order is NOT from Amazon.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
